Each 360-degree feedback session includes 1 individual coaching hour to discuss the results and set individual development goals.
We recommend collecting 360-degree feedback before the Leadership Academy begins and again 3 months after the Academy ends. This will allow you to most accurately assess progress and create a leadership impact plan for the next 6 months.
