Development Center is a structured approach for gathering information, under standardized conditions, about an individual’s capability to perform in a managerial role.

Assessing a person’s potential to succeed as a leader is a critical element of an organization’s management development strategy.

The Development Center includes several tools with varying duration and levels of complexity:


1. Cognitive and Analytical Skills Test
This test measures a range of cognitive abilities to identify overall capability, as well as specific strengths and development areas.
Duration: 36 minutes, online test in English


2. Situational Judgment Test
This tool represents a business simulation of various aspects of a manager’s role. It evaluates an individual’s ability to make effective decisions in real-life situations and is specifically designed to assess managerial judgment.
Duration: 30 minutes, online test in English


3. Behavioral Assessment
Behavioral assessments indicate how an individual behaves and performs in a work environment. Understanding a person’s motivators helps explain why they act in certain ways, as motivators drive behavior.
Duration: 30 minutes, online test


4. Individual Business Case
This exercise focuses on defining an organizational strategy and making critical decisions that impact the company’s direction. The case includes preparation, presentation, and discussion. Key competencies assessed include strategic thinking, leadership, conceptual thinking, and interpersonal sensitivity.
Duration: 120 minutes, in-person


5. Role Play Exercise
The role play focuses on persuasion and influence, leadership and supervision, working with people (especially interpersonal sensitivity, identifying team development needs, and developing others), achieving results, and meeting customer expectations. The exercise includes preparation, presentation, and discussion.
Duration: 60 minutes, in-person


6. Competency-Based Structured Interview
This interview, based on the company’s competency model, is designed to integrate, validate, and further explore the information gathered, with a deeper focus on the individual level.
Duration: 120 minutes, in-person


7. Feedback Session on Development Center Results
Duration: 30 minutes, in-person or online format
