This is an online instrument, which provides comprehensive and detailed information by comparing self-evaluation results with the feedback given by the direct manager, colleagues, subordinates and/or clients. The method clearly identifies the strengths and the areas for improvement and helps to outline specific and realistic goals for the development.

Each 360-degree feedback includes 1 individual coaching hour for elaborating the results and setting the individual development goals.
We recommend the 360-degree feedback to be conducted twice: before the start of the Leadership Academy and second time 3 months after the end of the Leadership Academy. This is the most accurate way to assess progress and build a Leadership Impact Plan over the next 6 months.
