Development Center

The Development Center is a tool for gathering information, under standardized conditions, about an individual’s ability to perform in a managerial role.

Assessing a person’s potential to fulfill a leadership role is a crucial element of a company’s managerial development strategy.

The Development Center includes several "tools" of varying durations and levels of difficulty.


1. Cognitive and Analytical Skills Test

This test measures a range of cognitive abilities to identify overall capability as well as specific strengths and weaknesses.

Duration: 36 minutes

Format: Online test in English


2. Situational Judgment Test

This tool simulates various aspects of a manager's job in a business setting. It assesses an individual’s ability to make decisions and determine effective ways to handle real-life situations. It is specifically designed to evaluate managerial judgment.

Duration: 30 minutes

3. Behavioral Analysis

Behavioral assessments indicate how a person behaves and performs in a work environment. Understanding a person’s motivators helps us comprehend why they act the way they do. Motivators initiate behavior.

4. Individual Business Case

This exercise focuses on defining an organizational strategy and making critical decisions that impact the direction of the company’s development. The case study includes preparation, presentation, and discussion. Key competencies evaluated include strategic thinking, leadership, conceptual thinking, and interpersonal sensitivity.

Duration: 120 minutes

5. Role Play

The role play focuses on persuasion and influence, leadership and supervision, working with people (especially interpersonal sensitivity, identifying team development needs, and developing others), achieving results, and meeting customer expectations. The exercise includes preparation, presentation, and discussion.

6. Structured Interview Based on the Company’s Competency Model

This interview is specially designed based on the Company’s competency model to integrate, validate, and further explore the information gathered above on a personal level.

Duration: 120 minutes
